Advanced band 2011-2012.

I can’t even begin to explain how much I love these guys.

You know how you can easily express yourself with music? You can cry, laugh, get emo, feel happy… just because of the arrangement of a bunch of notes.

And at the end of an event, you play music. Why? To express emotions; to let out all the feelings you have about something that you can say.

The unique thing about band, and music ensemble classes in general, is that you let out emotions and feelings every day. With the same people. For 3 years.

It’s really hard to explain. Being in band is more than just having a cool teacher or getting to go to Disneyland. It’s what you get to do with people and the totally different way and environment you’re allowed to bond with people.

That makes an impact on you. And when it ends…
